These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fapcex (the "Website"), operated by the operator of fapcex ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, leave the Website now.
Adults only
The Website contains sexually explicit material intended for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and viewing such material is legal in your location.
- You confirm you are not accessing the Website from a place where adult content is prohibited.
- You will not allow minors to access the Website on any device you control.
- The Website is labelled with the RTA "Restricted To Adults" label so parental-control software can block it.
The content
fapcex is a directory of adult photo galleries. Much of the content is supplied by third-party producers and content partners and may be embedded from, or link to, their websites. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.
All people depicted were at least 18 years old at the time the content was produced. See our 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement at /2257.

- circumvent access controls, age verification, geographic restrictions or paywalls;
- upload, post or link to content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or anything illegal;

Comments and user content
You are responsible for anything you post. By posting you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the Website. Comments may be moderated and we may remove any post at our discretion.
Reporting content and copyright
If you believe content is illegal, depicts a minor, was published without consent, or infringes your copyright, use the Report button on the page or our removal form at /dmca. We review reports promptly and remove material that breaches the law or these Terms. Repeat infringers will be blocked.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Website. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms, change or discontinue any part of the Website, or restrict access at any time. The date at the top shows when the Terms last changed; continued use after a change means you accept it.
